About the certification center:

The Welder certification center «CC — OPTIMIST — ARKHANGELSK» renders services in certification of the welders who carry out works on objects of technical supervision of Register of Shipping in various kinds of welding and build-up.

During the process of preparing for certification the welders are provided with guidance material, manuals on welding in ship repair and shipbuilding, on ship structure and on reading of shipbuilding drawings.
