At Optimist group we apply modern technologies and software, and the same enables us to conduct shipbuilding in a shorter time while complying with all technical requirements and standards.
The reduction in timing allows for the unification of design and manufacturing solutions long known but not yet sufficiently applied in a field such as shipbuilding.
A part of projects and technological solutions developed by us are applied in shipbuilding at other enterprises.
Design Services:
- creating a mathematical model of the vessel’s hull;
- performing a set of calculations with respect to the vessel’s statics and hull strength;
- development of drawings for surfaces and framing extensions;
- development of control programs for plasma cutting machines.
All the above mentioned enables to achieve high accuracy of hull structures fabrication and significantly reduce time required for designing and building of vessels.
